Our Research Says

Women outperform their male counterparts on most of the high-performance behaviors, therefore demonstrating that they have the inherent skill and capability to make it to the top.

Interestingly, the behaviors where women did not outperform men fall within the ‘Inspiring People’ cluster which entail the skills of ‘influence’, ‘building confidence in self & others’, and ‘presentation’.

SHINE was created to help women in leadership harness their strengths and step forward with impact. Built around a three-module journey, the program focuses on the “Inspiring Cluster” by enabling leaders to manage emotions effectively, shape a distinctive personal brand, and influence with confidence. Through reflection, assessments, and collaborative discussions, SHINE empowers women to unlock their potential and lead with authenticity.
